We are all given many gifrts from God! By identifying what they are, we can use our gifts to enrich our lives and the lives of others. During Lent, take a personal inventory to discover your God-given gifts and share your findings with your family. You might be surprised by the results!

This is a great activity to do in early Lent, and then remind each other of our gifts throughout the season.

Good activity, was slightly disappointed that three of the "gifts" were about physical appearance though.

The Gifts from God Inventory sheet has been revised, eliminating the items that pertain to physical appearance.

Thanks. Though I feel one would be remiss to not recognize physical traits and strengths when expressing gratitude to God for what He's bestowed in mind, body and spirit. Celebrate all God's gifts! No two gratitude inventories are the same.

Each member of our family did this inventory during lent. We realized we have many gifts to be thankful for! At dinner we talked about how, at times, all of us feel as thought we need something or more of something. We helped our kids realize that if we focus on what we have (thanks for the lists!) it can help when we feel that we are missing something.
