My son and I did this as a Father/Son activity one morning. He's 12 years old, and I gave him three VFM@Home activities from which to choose. He chose this activity because it aligned with something that hits close to a very real need. We didn't have magnets, but he had a white board and marker. He drew three symbols of people/situations that needed prayer, but were difficult to pray for. He then wrote the four words - Forgive, Bless, Love, Pray - at the bottom of the white board. We talked about the three symbols and how Christ might want him to address them. We agreed to pray for them, and then, since it's a white board, he can change them as the needs change - keep it live. Great activity, and such a blessing to put the Gospel of Christ in the context of real life for my son!
